Program Description

HighmereHQ sends transactional text messages on behalf of businesses using the HighmereHQ platform. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, follow-up messages, customer-requested service information, and other service-related communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on customer activity, appointment status, service requests, scheduling changes, and communication preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier and service plan. HighmereHQ is not responsible for carrier fees or charges.

STOP — Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future HighmereHQ text messages from the applicable messaging program.

After submitting an opt-out request, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message confirming that no additional messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent.

Other recognized opt-out keywords may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Supported Carriers

Message delivery is subject to mobile-carrier availability and network conditions. Participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

HighmereHQ messaging is intended primarily for transactional and service-related communication. Examples include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation updates.
  • Technician arrival or service-status notifications.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in information, text-message consent records, and mobile phone numbers will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to deliver text messages, operate HighmereHQ, maintain security, provide support, or comply with applicable law.

Business Responsibilities

Businesses using HighmereHQ are responsible for obtaining any consent required for their communications and for complying with applicable telecommunications, privacy, recording, consumer-protection, and messaging laws.

Businesses are also responsible for accurately configuring their messaging preferences, customer records, appointment information, and service workflows.

Delivery and Availability

HighmereHQ does not guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or successfully. Delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, invalid or reassigned phone numbers, device settings, network outages, recipient opt-outs, or circumstances outside HighmereHQ's reasonable control.

Changes to These SMS Terms

HighmereHQ may update these SMS Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in HighmereHQ messaging after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
