HighmereHQ may collect information provided directly by businesses, authorized users, customers, and other people who interact with the HighmereHQ platform.
This information may include:
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and contact details.
- Service addresses, cities, states, and ZIP codes.
- Appointment preferences and scheduling information.
- Service requests, customer questions, and support inquiries.
- Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, and messages.
- SMS consent choices and related evidence, such as the consent date, source, disclosure version, IP address, and user-agent information when collected.
- Business information, account settings, and authorized-user data.
- Device, browser, network, security, diagnostic, and usage information.
- Information received through connected calendars, customer management platforms, communication providers, and other integrations.

3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
HighmereHQ sends informational and transactional text messages only when a customer has voluntarily agreed to receive messages through a documented consent method. Customers may request service without consenting to SMS.
Public website SMS opt-in
On the public Request Service page, a customer enters a mobile number and may actively select a separate SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. The customer may submit the service request without selecting it.
At the point of opt-in, the customer is informed that HighmereHQ may send messages regarding the requested service, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, service updates, and customer support.
Messages may include:
- Updates about a requested service.
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation updates.
- Technician arrival and service-status notifications.
- Customer support and customer-requested follow-up messages.
Mobile-information privacy commitment
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
HighmereHQ may use communication and infrastructure providers solely as necessary to operate the messaging program. Those providers may process mobile information only to perform services for HighmereHQ and may not use it for their own marketing.
SMS consent records may be retained for compliance, audit, opt-out-management, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or a condition of submitting a service request.

HighmereHQ may disclose information to service providers and business partners when necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the platform.
These providers may include:

- Calendar, scheduling, and customer-management integrations.

5. Automated and AI-Assisted Processing
HighmereHQ uses automation and artificial intelligence to support customer communications and front-office operations.
AI-assisted processing may include:
- Transcribing and summarizing conversations.
- Identifying customer intent, urgency, and sentiment.
- Extracting appointment and service-request information.
- Creating recommended follow-up actions.
- Routing, escalating, and organizing customer requests.
- Supporting scheduling and workflow automation.
Automated output may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses using HighmereHQ remain responsible for maintaining appropriate oversight and reviewing important or high-impact information.
6. Data Retention
HighmereHQ retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and customer records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, business configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs. SMS opt-in and opt-out records may be retained as reasonably necessary to document consent and honor messaging preferences.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period after information is deleted from active systems.
7. Data Security
HighmereHQ uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption, monitoring, logging, backups, and service-provider security reviews.
No security system or electronic transmission is completely secure. HighmereHQ cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
8. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with HighmereHQ, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
Businesses using HighmereHQ may control customer information separately and may be responsible for responding to requests involving their own customer records.

HighmereHQ is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to children under 13. HighmereHQ may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, communication providers, calendars, customer-management platforms, payment processors, and other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and practices. HighmereHQ is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of services it does not control.

HighmereHQ may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
